Steve Mefford

Gardening has been a passion of mine since an early age.  I hold a degree in horticulture, and a quailified applicators license with the State of California.  I have held the office of President of the Orange County Camellia Society for 3 consecutive terms and have been a board member for the Southern California Camellia Societies for the past 5 years.  I am currently a State director and a board member for California to the American Camellia Society.   I enjoy all aspects of gardening and will gladly share what knowledge I have with others.
